Misha J. Russo is the Founder and Principle of Misha & Co., a strategic advisory firm established in 2016 that stands at the intersection of innovation and impact. With expertise spanning fundraising, organizational planning, branding, communication management, and executive coaching, Misha brings over two decades of experience working with non-profits, individuals, and corporate communities to transform ambitious goals into measurable results. She has worked closely with philanthropist Alice Jacobs to develop many of the initiatives under the Innovation Philanthropy Initiative, pioneering new approaches to organizational growth and social impact.

Prior to founding M&CO, Misha served as Director of Communications and Development at the WNY Women's Foundation and managed special events for the Roswell Park Alliance Foundation, where she orchestrated fundraising efforts for the internationally renowned cancer center. At the WNY Women's Foundation, she successfully led comprehensive marketing campaigns, communications strategies, and fundraising initiatives that significantly expanded the organization's reach and impact across Western New York.

A recognized thought leader with a distinctive, customized approach to strategic advising, Misha combines entrepreneurial agility with deep sector expertise to help organizations and executives grow and thrive. Misha's leadership extends across numerous organizations, serving as a founding board member of Persistence Preparatory Academy Charter School, founding member of the Buffalo AKG Art Museum's Convergence Council, as an advisor for Eat Off Art, a board member serving on Road Less Traveled Productions, City Honors Foundation, and on WNY Women Making History Committee for the Smithsonian American Women's History Museum, among others.
