As a recognized thought leader with a distinctive, customized approach and entrepreneurial agility, her expertise encompasses organizational communication & management, branding, business development, and executive coaching.

Beyond advising, Misha is the Chief Strategy Officer to Innovation Philanthropist Alice Jacobs and serves on a number of community boards and committees. Prior to founding M&CO, Misha served as Director of Advancement at the WNY Women's Foundation following her time orchestrating fundraising for the internationally renowned cancer center, Roswell Park Alliance Foundation.
