Misha Russo brings a customized, entrepreneurial approach to every engagement, with expertise across organizational communication and management, branding, business development, and executive coaching.

Beyond advising, Misha is Chief Strategy Officer to innovation philanthropist Alice Jacobs and serves on community boards and committees across Western New York. Before founding M&CO, she was Director of Advancement at the WNY Women's Foundation, following her work leading fundraising for the internationally renowned cancer center Roswell Park Alliance Foundation.
