Her expertise encompasses organizational communication & management, branding, business development, and executive coaching.

A recognized thought leader with a distinctive, customized approach to strategic advising, Misha is the Chief Strategy Officer to Innovation Philanthropist Alice Jacobs, serves on a number of community boards, and combines entrepreneurial agility with deep sector expertise to help clients grow and thrive.

Prior to founding M&CO, Misha served as Director of Communications and Development at the WNY Women's Foundation following her time orchestrating fundraising events for the internationally renowned cancer center, Roswell Park Alliance Foundation.
